- Identity & contact details — name, email address, phone number, nationality, date of birth, and age (participants must meet our minimum age requirements).
- Booking & programme details — preferred project, travel dates, duration, dietary or accessibility needs, emergency contacts, and messages you send via our booking or contact forms.
- Payment information — payments may be processed by third-party providers (such as PayPal). We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Newsletter data — email address when you subscribe to updates and offers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically to help us operate and improve the website.

We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and process programme bookings
- Arrange placements, accommodation, airport transfers, and in-country support in Kenya
